Chairman

• Chairs committee meetings
• Provides Academy with direction and leadership
• Leads decision making process in consultation with Committee
• Represents the Academy at external meetings
• Ultimate point of contact for all Academy members

Vice-Chairman

• Stands in for Chairman as appropriate
• Supports Chairman in provision of direction and leadership for Academy
• Co-ordinates effective communication across the Academy
• Co-ordinates playing and training facilities and game-day management
• Co-ordinates Academy corporate image
• Works with Directors of Football to develop players and coaches throughout the Academy

Director of Upper Football

• Develops standardised football policy across the Academy
• Co-ordinates all football activities within the Upper Academy
• Point of contact for all coaches in the Upper Academy
• Provides support to all Upper Academy coaching staff
• Develops and implements Coach Education Plans

Director of Lower Football

• Develops standardised football policy across the Academy
• Co-ordinates all football activities within the Lower Academy
• Point of contact for all coaches in the Lower Academy
• Provides support to all Lower Academy coaching staff
• Develops and implements Coach Education Plans

Director of Finance

• Oversees collection and distribution of all Academy funds
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date accounts
• Reports regularly to the Committee on the Academy's financial status
• Ensures proper auditing of year-end accounts

Director of Development

• Creates the Academy's Sports Development Plan and communicates the Academy's aims and objectives to relevant parties
• Provides a vision to encourage participation, volunteering and sustained membership
• Responsible for increasing Academy credibility through recognised accreditation schemes
• Sources and applies for grant funding
• Creates links with local schools and local authority sports development teams

Director of Media and Marketing

• Reponsible for raising the profile of the Academy in the local and league communities
• Works in conjunction with the PR officer to promote the Academy in the local media
• First point of contact for all press and media
• Co-ordinate gathering and distribution of match reports
• Liaises with PR officer to source possible corporate funding
• Responsible for the control and update of the Academy website
